Mid-day weekly, as well as Saturday & Sunday afternoons the gym is yours to work on whatever you want. Choose a WOD you want to improve upon, work on strength building or skill development. Open Gym is not structured or coached so we recommend getting several coached classes under your belt first. Note 1 Sunday per month Open Gym is closed for deep gym cleaning (if you still want to get a good sweat in – you are welcome to help!)
