Mobility

While every class includes mobility work and it’s very much encouraged at home as well, we devote an entire hour on Saturday mornings to work it all out.  We believe that proper mobility can improve the body’s mechanics and unleash your body’s full potential.  The flexibility class will help to prevent injury, increase range of motion, and increase stability so that you can get the most out of your training.

Each class can accommodate up to 15 members and using our online system for class registration is required.
